The work

The company is on the title

A purchase moves the building into Jagati’s name. A sale moves a building that is already ours to a buyer. We do not sell a house for another owner, and we do not let a room.

Send the address, or the area you want, and say which way the deal should run.

Buy

Selling a building to Jagati

You own it and you want us to buy it. The email needs the full address, whether it is a house or a flat, and whether anyone still lives there.

  1. The noteWe read the address and decide if we want that building.
  2. The priceIf we do, the reply is a price. That price is the offer.
  3. The transferSolicitors complete the purchase into the company name.

Buying a building from Jagati

You want a property we already own. Tell us the area, or a postcode, and whether you want a house or a flat. We reply only if we own one that fits.

The price is the one we set. A viewing is that building, at a time agreed by email. We do not show homes that belong to other people.

We walk through the rooms

A visit is how we check a building we might buy, or a building we already own and are ready to sell. We look at the rooms we can enter and write down what we see.

We do not market a property for a fee, and we do not pass your address to another buyer.

Not a let

We do not rent out a house or a room. The company keeps the building until a sale completes.
